Northfield Township WWTP Wet Weather Storage Tank
Whitmore Lake, MI
The Improvements to the Northfield Township WWTP will consist of the replacement of raw sewage pumps with associated electrical work at the 8-Mile pump station,
construction of a 1.5 MG wet weather storage tank at the WWTP site, along with a valve and meter vault, a
PEW pumping system, associated electrical and instrumentation work, yard piping and associated site improvements.
7 Mile Water Tower and Vault Modifications
Northville, MI
This project will feature the addition of a new water tower and various valve vaults for the City of Northville.


Aspen Meadows Wellhouse Improvements
White Lake, MI
Reliance Building Company is performing an overhaul on one of the Charter Township of White Lake's Water Treatment facilities in an effort to reduce the amount of iron in the system. These improvements will consist of vertical pressure filters, air scour blowers, a post filtration disinfection chemical system, a phosphate chemical system, new instrumentation, SCADA system expansion, a backwash holding tank, and a force main with connection to the existing sanitary sewer.
Treatment Tank Improvements-Phase II
Walled Lake, MI
This project will consist of an overhaul of the North and South clarifiers at the Walled Lake-Novi WWTP. The job will consist of the demolition and replacement of existing clarifier mechanisms and skimming equipment, along with the necessary concrete, metal, and coating repairs.

WWTP Trickling Filter Improvements
Rockwood, MI
The Improvements to the Rockwood WWTP trickling filters include a complete overhaul of the existing system. From new coatings on the interior and exterior of the tanks, to new media and distributer arms, this project will play a crucial role in modernizing the Rockwood Waste Water Treatment Plant.
